  • About Me

I grew up in De Pere, Wisconsin. I received my undergraduate degree in Pharmacology and Toxicology at the University of Wisconsin then completed medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin. After medical school, I completed my pediatric residency training at Phoenix Children's Hospital. During residency, I participated in both QI and clinical research projects. I am also interested in medical education. Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time outdoors, running and hiking. I also love to travel.

    Interests & Hobbies

I enjoy hiking, running, paddle boarding and anything else outdoors. I also love to travel, and am on a mission to visit every National Park with my husband.

    Why Utah?

First, I loved my interview with the program! Everyone was so nice and open to creating a fellowship experience geared towards my individual interests. Second, Salt Lake City's access to hiking and skiing, drew us towards the area.
