Contract Negotiation

The Clinical Trials Office Contracting team assists researchers with industry supported clinical trial contract negotiation services including:

Study Start Up

Shortened contracting and startup times through communication with all startup functions (budget, regulatory, etc.) 

Provide prompt response times and ensure internal and external customer service satisfaction 

Collaborate with Office of General Counsel, Compliance, Risk Management, etc., to provide a team approach in tackling any issues or concerns 

Execute master agreements with contract research organizations and industry sponsors to expedite future contracting 

During the Study

Work with research team regarding any contracting questions in conjunction with Office of General Counsel

Study Close Out

Assist study team and financial team in any processes and support needed in efficiently closing out the study
